孩子早上不肯起床去上学怎么办？
叫孩子起床确实不是一件容易的事情，很多妈妈为此感到很苦恼和麻烦。早上时间很赶，孩子不愿意起床就表现为哭闹和拖拖拉拉。这就好比我们大人周末想舒舒服服休息一下，结果被电话一下子吵醒了，我们也会很愤怒。不过我们是成人，可以很快调整好情绪。但作为孩子确实不容易立刻调整过来的。那这时候我们除了着急催促还可以怎么做呢？
态度上：我们首先要从情绪上要去理解和接纳孩子的状态。如果每天是需要7点起床，那可以提前一点时间叫醒孩子，然后给他10到15分钟的情绪留白。什么是情绪留白？就是让他有情绪流淌出来不着急去催促他，允许让他小闹一会儿，陪他小坐一下。我们要留给他一定时间去处理，让他知道他的情绪是可以去发泄，而不是一下子就被抑制的。
方法上：我们可以在这个同时做这些事：
1.音乐舞动的方式：开启很欢快动感十足的音乐，或放一些他喜欢的歌曲和广播。比如：有段时间，我会放喜马拉雅APP里“MICHEAL 钱儿”的早起广播，广播的第一句就是钱儿小朋友用稚嫩亲切的声音喊到：“小朋友，早上好，我是MICHEAL 钱儿，该起床啦！”这个童趣的声音，孩子一听到不会排斥，耳朵也特别容易被唤醒；还比如：你可以放一些欢快音乐的同时，跟着音乐比划随着音乐舞动起来，一遍又一遍的孩子打招呼。还可以跟孩子说：“嗨，宝贝起床咯，今天是个好天气哦。还有好吃的等着你哦。”用各种各样语言跟他打招呼唤醒他开心的状态。因为8岁之前孩子的画面感很强，他们不喜欢看文字的东西不喜欢看死板的线条的东西，他很喜欢看跳跃的动作。
2.抚摸的方式：我们也可以躺回到孩子的床上，抱着他躺一会儿。我们的手可以在他的背上轻轻的抚摸，同时轻轻的呼唤他跟他说：“宝贝，我们要起床咯，外面的小鸟在叫我们咯。”
3.游戏的方式：可以跟孩子竞赛，来一个洗刷进行曲，比比看谁穿得快，3-4岁的孩子很喜欢模仿，甚至可以跟孩子说：“宝贝今天我们来玩一个学说话游戏，你说一句我说一句，我说你一句你学做一句。你看，我现在要穿衣服啦。”这时候就边说穿，让孩子跟着模仿。同时，我们也可以定闹铃，把声音定得好听一点，当小闹铃响起来的时候，我们提醒孩子说：“宝贝，小闹钟提醒你今天又重要任务咯。”当家长把一件有趣的事情变成去探险的感兴趣的事情的时候，孩子就很有动力想去做。
对孩子的很多行为上，很明确的认知就是，不要跟他对着干，当他出现任何问题的时候，我们成人要换个角度去引导让事情变得有趣起来。除了以上方法外，相信很多家长都有不少叫孩子起床的办法，完全可以变通着试一试哦。
