这个不用说的，这个读者的行为肯定是违法的了，侵入别人的计算机，这就是违法的，这在刑法里面写着呢。
不过这事还有转机的，读者的行为的确是违法了，但是警察还不能抓他，因为作者没有报警，也就是说，作者没有去起诉他，所以说，最终的决定权在作者手里，这个黑客读者的生与死就全在读者身上了。如果作者起诉读者的话，读者肯定是刑事责任了，这个没办法按照行政处罚的方式来解决的。
一：这件事到底是什么情况？
其实这件事说来也简单，就是某文集团下的一个作者的账号被盗了，而盗号的那个就是他的粉丝，最终作者知道自己号被盗了，也是因为黑客读者的提醒，黑客读者因为忍受不了他的小说更新速度，盗了他的号，重新给他整理了小说的剧情和大纲，就是希望他写小说写快点，不得不说，这黑客读者是真正的粉丝啊，居然费尽心思的盗号就只为了这个而已。
二：如果作者追究盗号读者的责任，盗号读者会被怎么样处罚？
那这样盗号的读者肯定要被抓，而且还要被提起公诉，罪名就是非法侵入计算机信息系统罪。量刑的轻重就看盗号读者的行为严不严重，我不知道法院怎么判定，但是在我个人看来，盗号读者的行为很轻，如果法院要判刑，最多也就是三个月的刑事拘留，而且还是那种社区的拘留，就是不用坐牢，自己在小区带脚铐待三个月就行了。
三：我个人对此的看法是什么？
虽然这个黑客读者的出发点是好的，但是我还是不建议这么做，因为在你看来是好的而已，对于作者来说，并不一定是好的，可能原本作者就是想按照那个大纲慢慢写的，你突然改了别人的大纲，让别人思路都没了，这真的挺麻烦的。所以最好以后被这么做了，有问题直接和作者沟通即可的。

10月30日，某些做平台作者发布停更消息令网友读者捧腹大笑，经作者描述，停更原因竟是写作账号被黑客盗取。从作者发布的声明来看，该名黑客应当也是一名作家，因处在迷茫期不知道自己在写什么，就潜进平台的交流群，盗了作者的写作账号并留下了自己的意见。黑客认为作者现在写的小说太烂了，不理解作者为什么不把前期写好的15万存稿放出，还按照前期撰写的大纲走剧情，情急之下便给作者修改了近两万字剧情，还细心的帮作者把大纲整理了一下，顺道提醒作者以后电脑一定要开防火墙，手机不要乱点链接，以免再次碰被黑客盗号。
看到这都不知道是该说黑客细心还是残忍，盗作者号还要说别人小说写得不好，说说就算了吧还亲自上手把认为不好的文章给改了。但不管怎么说黑客的行为着实令人震惊，不仅看了存稿还篡改他人剧情，这属于极度不尊重他人隐私了，这样的行为不仅不会得到他人的感谢，甚至还会让他人感到恐慌。
这件事情告诫我们，网络冲浪是一定要注意个人隐私安全，不要给黑客或不法分子盗取我们账号和个人信息的机会，电脑一定要安装相应的安全软件，并在上网的时候登录使用。手机则向改名黑客所提醒的一样，不要看到什么链接就直接点，各种手机提示存在危险的网站就不要擅自进入阅读，保护个人隐私的思维一定要有，网络虽不知法外之地，但总有那么一群以盗取他人信息谋利益的坏人。

用你自己的域名在DOS命令行下，ping
可以得到自己的主机帮琮的IP
然后用这IP反查有那个域名帮定在这个主机上，然后跟他们的网站管理联系。
看看他们是否也出现过类似情况，如果多个说有，就是他们的责任了。

对自己的原因，就是要看看你自己的代码是否避免了常用的漏洞攻击方式，
还有就是服务器的目录设置也很重要，
还有就是管理员的用户名和密码不要设置太简单了，让别人都猜出来就不太好了吧。
